In today's hectic world, our homes are our sanctuaries. They're our private spaces that envelope us at the end of a long day. Whether it's hanging out in the family room with board games & popcorn, or curling up with a good book and a glass of wine in the living room, our homes are our landing pads where we relax and recharge.
But what happens when our rooms become dated? When our family dynamics change and our layout no longer makes sense? Where do we start when an insurance claim or brand new build looms with a million decisions to make?

Hello 2018! As much as I love (LOVE) the Christmas season and all its abundance of, well, everything, I always look forward to how clean and almost sparse my house looks after I’ve packed away all that glittery loveliness. Working with Shawna is such a positive experience! I have a tendency to be overwhelmed by projects that I decide to take on and whether it be picking a carpet, a paint colour, or just the right frame for a picture, Shawna is able to come in and help me get the job done. She has a wonderful knack for listening to me babble on and actually figure out exactly what it is I am looking for.
She helped my husband and I with some larger projects when we were preparing for the sale of our new home and that included helping us decide on the colour of a new roof and the choice of a new front door and trim colour. We truly believe that her input greatly influenced the ease with which our home sold and the price that we were able to attain.
Once we moved into our new, greatly downsized space, Shawna was the first person we called to help us make our new surroundings a place that would not only work for us but would be a place that would make us forget about what we had left behind.
If you are looking for someone who is experienced, organized, responsive and also a great designer, then Shawna is the one who can make you and others fall in love with your home.

Shawna has helped me many times when I needed design help. She has an uncanny way of knowing my style and preferences. This was surely defined at a time when I was out of town and she continued to select pieces and decorate my home. It was so much "me" and I loved it all. Just what I wanted. Thank you.

She is creative and has the unique ability to create beautiful environments that are warm, inviting and comforting. She is incredibly reliable, efficient and affordable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shawna to anyone!

I wanted to take this opportunity to say how much I appreciate Shawna's talent and creativity as a decorator and home stager. She is always available when needed. My clients have been more than impressed with her work. She has been instrumental in making these homes much more saleable. She
comes highly recommended.

Shawna helped me to renovate both my kitchen and bathroom. She quickly answered every question I asked and would make the time to come over if necessary. She asked for my thoughts and opinions and was always mindful of my budget; she gave me choices, but would make the decision for me when I just couldn't. I am so happy with what was done in both rooms!

I first met Shawna when I won an hour of her time at a silent auction; she helped me choose colours and accessories for a bedroom makeover. Based on that positive experience, I called her to help with our family room reno. This was a project guided by practicality and common sense because the room is used only for large gatherings a few times a year. Shawna was extremely helpful. She counselled us to keep the furniture we had, sourced great flooring, worked with our fireplace dealer, gave me assignments, and helped with colours. The end result was a room we are extremely pleased with.
Shawna is easy to work with, is punctual for meetings, offers choices, and she wears great shoes!
